Job Description:

Articul8 AI is seeking a Media Strategy & Content Lead to drive our editorial calendar, own our content development efforts, and develop and execute a proactive and news-driven media strategy. This individual will play a key role in shaping how Articul8 engages with audiences across owned, earned, and social media channels. This is a high-impact role for a skilled communicator who is as comfortable writing a thought-provoking blog as they are pitching a compelling story to journalists. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, commercial, and executive teams to ensure our content and media strategies reflect our vision, resonate with our audiences, and advance our mission to become a leading voice in the GenAI space.

Responsibilities:

• Editorial Strategy & Content Development

• Develop and maintain a dynamic editorial calendar aligned with Articul8’s strategic priorities, campaigns, and product roadmap.

• Create high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, bylines, and more, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify compelling customer stories and translate them into engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

• Collaborate with designers and multimedia experts to produce visually compelling and multimedia-rich content.

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

• Manage Articul8’s presence on key social platforms, including LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), with an emphasis on growing audience engagement and thought leadership.

• Create and curate shareable content, leveraging industry trends and company milestones to spark meaningful conversations.

• Develop a strategy for executive social amplification to position Articul8’s leaders as influential voices in the GenAI space.

Media Relations & Strategy

• Develop and execute a proactive media relations strategy to secure coverage in top-tier tech, business, and vertical industry publications.

• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across target media outlets.

• Identify newsworthy trends, events, and data to pitch timely, compelling stories that raise awareness of Articul8’s vision and impact.

• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to amplify media campaigns when appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in content strategy/content design, with an emphasis on user experience, digital platforms, journeys, and commerce

• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of content strategists and/or designers

• Strong customer service skills and oral/written communication.

• Ability to manage potentially challenging partner personalities and gain partner trust.

• Strong follow up on communication with partners and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering transformative content strategy from a technical perspective

• Expertise driving strategic alignment, prioritization and requirement gathering with a diverse range of business partners

• Expertise crafting compelling narratives, communicating only what is necessary

• Expertise in the technology category

• Ability to shape and drive organizational change across teams
