The Role

Calling all data-driven storytellers: Bobbie is looking for a Growth Creative Strategist to join our creative team. You: Live at the intersection of brand story and performance marketing. Get as excited about a killer hook as you do A/B test results. Understand the nuances of creative execution across different performance platforms and most importantly, love digging into what’s working—and the why behind top performing creative assets. We: Are a growing team of passionate creatives and marketers on a mission to shake the stigma that surrounds parents’ feeding choices.

The ideal candidate has the mind of a strategist and the creativity of an ad-maker. This role will balance brand-forward storytelling (think multi-channel national campaigns) with performance advertising (with particular emphasis on paid social). You will be responsible for developing insight-driven creative strategies that fuel business growth while staying true to Bobbie’s distinct, bold voice.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Partner with growth, marketing and creative teams to optimize performance campaigns with best-in-class creative tailored for each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, etc.).
  • Analyze creative performance data daily to uncover insights, drive optimization testing, and inform new testing frameworks.
  • Lead creative ideation and concepting for key marketing initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform-specific best practices to ensure Bobbie’s creative is fresh, engaging, and high-performing.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and video teams to bring creative concepts to life in a way that balances brand storytelling with performance needs.
  • Define, track, and report on key creative KPIs, helping refine future strategies based on performance insights.

What We Would Like You to Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative performance strategy, growth marketing, or a related field (CPG, eCommerce, or agency experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven creative—how storytelling, design, and messaging impact conversion and retention.
  • Experience working with paid agencies and knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights and data into impactful creative strategies.
  • A strong point of view on what makes great, engaging creative—and the ability to back it up with research and performance data.
  • Experience directing creatives against clear briefs
  • A passion for experimentation, iteration, and harnessing the power of storytelling to drive results.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation 

Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).

Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $150,000

Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento): $135,000

Group C (Albany, Atlanta, Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Charleston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas/Fort Worth, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Miami, Milwaukee, Nashville, New Orleans, Omaha, Orlando, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Research Triangle, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Tampa, Twin Cities): $125,000
