About the Role

At EcoOnline, Sales Enablement provides a service catalog designed to support the growth and success of our sales organization. From onboarding and training to coaching, sales planning, and content management, we equip our teams with the tools, knowledge, and best practices they need to excel. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be crucial in delivering these services, achieving our delivery and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering and enhancing the existing onboarding programs for new sales team members customizing these programs to meet individual managers' needs and providing follow-up support for new hires in primary NAM and UKI. You will help develop and manage our certification program focused on our sales methodology and solutions.
  • You will create and deliver workshops and training sessions on various sales skills, coordinating with our L&D department to ensure effective training delivery. You will support sales teams by conducting reinforcement training on existing playbooks covering various sales skills and processes.
  • The role includes conducting coaching sessions to address performance gaps, utilizing performance analytics for actionable feedback, and developing and supporting performance improvement plans. These coaching sessions may be conducted with teams and/or individual sales representatives, while also coaching sales managers to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively support their team members.
  • Will assist in managing and optimizing our content library, Resource Hub, for sales content and training materials, and develop and maintain sales enablement content in collaboration with other departments.
  • Will ensure the effective use of sales enablement applications, facilitating ongoing training and support for these tools.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, sales training, and/or sales coaching.
  • Sales Training & Coaching
    Experience coaching sales professionals and managers with proven ability to design and deliver sales training, including onboarding and workshops. Sales training is mainly provided virtual.
  • Sales Processes and Methodologies
    Be knowledgeable of sales processes and methodologies to effectively coach and develop the sales team, ensuring their skills align with the established sales methodology.
  • LMS Management
    Experience creating, managing, and tracking training programs using a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Video Editing
    Basic video editing skills to produce engaging training content, including tutorials and recorded workshops
  • PowerPoint Expertise
    Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using our templates to support training and enablement sessions.
  • Content Development

Ability to create engaging sales enablement content, playbooks, and training materials.
