Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a dynamic and growing company with a team of 60 employees. They are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to enhance organizational efficiency, oversee key HR functions, and ensure a structured approach to people operations.

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Supervisor Lead will be responsible for keeping the team organized, tracking important events like hiring anniversaries, and improving employee engagement strategies. This role requires someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in task tracking, process documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track employee milestones (hiring anniversaries, onboarding, offboarding) and ensure timely recognition.
  • Develop and implement task-tracking systems to improve HR organization.
  • Maintain and refine HR documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Brainstorm and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize and manage company-wide HR events and communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive/Google Suite and Notion.
  • Ability to improve and maintain HR documentation (P&P, policies, etc.).
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong internal communication skills (no external customer-facing responsibilities).


Nice-to-Have Skills
:

  • Experience in HR administration or employee engagement.
  • Creative and strategic thinking in improving team culture and processes.
