Job Title: Bilingual Operations Support (Spanish/English)
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview
:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to assist with administrative and operational tasks related to property management. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process lease renewal documentation and ensure accuracy in submissions.
  • Complete and submit lease documents to the housing agency.
  • Post apartment listings on various websites and update availability.
  • Communicate with tenants via email and phone, addressing inquiries and forwarding messages.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain organized records of lease agreements and correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant software to streamline operations.


Qualifications
:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (medium to strong proficiency).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general tech-savviness.
  • Ability to handle correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience in administrative support or property management is a plus.
