Quick Rundown:
We're seeking a mid-senior level UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in shaping the digital touchpoints of our customer journey. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to create intuitive, high-impact designs that align with both user needs and business objectives. You'll be responsible for research-driven design, from wireframing to final Ul implementation, ensuring our platforms are both functional and visually compelling.

What You’ll Do:

• Design Strategy & Execution: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, aligning with brand and business goals

• User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design improvements and enhance user experience

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to translate ideas into intuitive interfaces that support business objectives

• Trend & Innovation Tracking: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, competitor benchmarks, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge

• Design Documentation & Communication: Present design concepts, articulate rationale, and ensure smooth handoff to development teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile platforms, preferably in an e-commerce, Saas, or B2B environment

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and final Ul implementations for real-world projects

• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards

• Ability to translate data insights and business goals into visually compelling and user-friendly designs

• Strong ability to articulate design decisions, receive feedback constructively, and work effectively in a remote environment
