[Job-20371] Junior Production Designer, Brazil

We are looking for a Junior Production Designer. In this position, you will be an essential part of the design team, assisting in the creation, refinement, and implementation of visually engaging and user-friendly website designs. You will collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure digital products align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user needs.

- Support High-Fidelity Prototypes Creation

- Transform UX wireframes into polished visual prototypes by refining layouts, typography, color schemes, and interactive elements, ensuring they align with the established design system and available CMS components for seamless implementation. This includes adjusting spacing, imagery, and UI elements to enhance usability while adhering to responsive design principles.

- Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring typography, color usage, iconography, and imagery align with the company’s established identity. This includes reviewing designs for consistency, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring that all assets meet accessibility and usability standards.

- Design Refinements

- Work closely with the Sr. Designer to interpret stakeholder feedback, identifying key insights and translating them into actionable design updates. Ensure that revisions maintain visual consistency, adhere to brand guidelines, and align with the overall design vision while enhancing the user experience.

- Manage and Organize Visual Assets

- Curate and select high-quality images and graphics that effectively represent each section of the website, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and user engagement goals.

- Prepare, optimize, and organize design assets for development by ensuring proper file naming conventions, appropriate sizing for responsive layouts, and high-resolution quality while balancing performance considerations such as load times and accessibility standards.

- Collaborate with the Content Team

- Work closely with writers and content strategists to align text and visuals effectively.

- Refine and adjust designs as needed to balance storytelling and usability, ensuring that visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout support both intuitive navigation and compelling narratives without compromising accessibility or functionality.

- Prepare and Finalize Figma Handoff

- Organize and structure design files systematically, maintaining well-labeled layers, grouped elements, and consistent naming conventions to facilitate a smooth developer handoff. Ensure that files are easy to navigate and reference.

- Provide detailed design specifications for developers, including guidelines on spacing, colors, typography, component states, and interactive behaviors. Use annotation tools or design handoff platforms (e.g., Figma, Zeplin) to clearly communicate design intent and functionality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.

- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
