Role Summary
As an SEO Specialist/Expert at Sprinto, you will be the driving force behind our organic growth strategy. In this individual contributor role, you’ll leverage your 4-7 years of SEO expertise—including advanced AI-driven techniques, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, YouTube SEO, outreach, and link building—to boost our SaaS brand in the competitive B2B market. Reporting directly to the Head of SEO, you’ll work cross-functionally, handle data meticulously using Google Sheets, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure Sprinto remains a leader in search performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, AI optimization)
Perform detailed SEO audits and implement technical fixes
Optimize content and collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive keyword and ranking improvements
Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach initiatives
Utilize Google Sheets for data tracking and produce actionable reports
Manage stakeholder communications to align SEO efforts with overall marketing and product goals
Requirements
4 to 7 years of SEO experience with deep knowledge of current trends and AI-driven optimization
Proven track record in SaaS/B2B environments preferred
Strong technical SEO skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with stakeholder management experience
Familiarity with broader marketing functions is a plus
