We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team. In this role, you will leverage your leadership and technical expertise to drive operational excellence, automation, and cloud infrastructure optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while supporting development teams in delivering high-quality software efficiently.

Your tasks:
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • CI/CD and Automation: drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation tools to improve development and deployment efficiency
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues
  • Security & Compliance: ensure security best practices are implemented across infrastructure, pipelines, and cloud environments; collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with software engineering, security, and product teams to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices: identify opportunities for process optimization, tooling enhancements, and industry best practice adoption
  • Cost Management & Optimization: Monitor cloud resource utilization and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize efficiency without compromising performance
  • Team Leadership and Development: mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team; provide performance feedback and career development opportunities; foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability
Your skillset:
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 or more years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a DevOps or infrastructure team
  • Proven track record of designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., ELK Stack, Datadog)
  • Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus
Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop engineers
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles, SRE practices, and cloud-native architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience implementing high-availability, fault-tolerant architectures
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Effective communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to various audiences
