Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage the financial transactions of a fast-paced cleaning services business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of small-scale transactions, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the financial stability of a thriving business. You will play a crucial role in reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage high-volume, small-scale financial transactions for cleaning and gardening services
  • Handle daily invoicing for jobs ranging from $100 to $10,000 using ServiceMate software.
  • Perform reconciliations and prepare accurate financial journals.
  • Manage payroll for a small team of approximately 8-9 employees.
  • Utilize MYOB accounting software to maintain precise financial records.
  • Create and analyze financial reports using Power BI dashboards.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts@froggyservices email inbox, addressing queries and processing timesheets.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with MYOB accounting software.
  • Familiarity with job management software (ServiceMate experience is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial reporting.
  • Experience handling high-volume, small-scale transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Consistent workload management throughout the year.
