Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst III conducts quality verification of operations core business processes within the area of responsibility. This role is also responsible for providing quality-related monitoring, evaluation and feedback and works to improve operations contributing to the department’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates and attends all applicable client-based monitoring and provides appropriate feedback

• Implements updates to policies and procedures by monitoring fluctuations in industry trends, tracking customer needs, foreseeing potential impacts to products and services

• Supports the implementation of consulting projects through data gathering, analysis and research

• Assists in the resolution of quality assurance problems

• Provides functional, procedural, or strategic guidance to create value, maximize growth and improve business performance for the company

• Interfaces with client, relationship management, and functional leadership as required in order to ensure attainment of key performance metrics

• Completes quality audits and reporting within established timeframes

• Conducts quality audits of operations core business processes

• Provides technical guidance and data concerning quality-related improvements

• Provides monitoring and evaluation services to improve department operations, promoting consistency of and adherence to departmental operating procedures

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $45,600.00 - 78,337.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
