About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BI Specialist to join our team. As a BI Specialist, you will support the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that help drive our business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in BI and grow with our company.

Your Area of Focus
  • Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards by applying best practices for optimizing and improving performance and usability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Data Analysis and Quality: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data validation and quality checks.
  • Learning and Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of relational databases (Snowflake).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
