Job description

SpecterOps is searching for an ABM Manager to drive SpecterOps’s Account-based Marketing Strategy. We are looking for an experienced leader that can define strategy and support day-to-day operations with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and a “no task is too small” mentality to accelerate revenue. 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.   

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings. 

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement SpecterOps’ ABM strategy to target high-value accounts
  • Own ABM processes & reporting and their implementation (e.g. revenue reporting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and campaign tracking)
  • Engage and build rapport with internal stakeholders including account executives to identify account prioritization, conduct account mapping exercises and execute on plan
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (e.g. email, digital ads, webinars, gifts, events, and content).  
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies supporting our Go-To-Market systems, including Sendoso, digital advertising and operations.
  • Execute and report on marketing and sales campaigns including outbound, email, webinars, events and more
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns including account and lead lists, sales cadences, and marketing templates
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, territory design, account scoring, and other programs
  • Monitor the performance of initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and execute adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with overall revenue goals
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize ABM programs and processes for efficiency and impact.  
  • Optimize existing sales and marketing processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity
  • Drive effective communications with customers and internal teams
  • Establish a clear, regular, and effective communications cadence with stakeholders 

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years Experience in ABM, Growth Marketing or Campaign Operations 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies.
  • Proficiency with GTM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Sendoso, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc)
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Travel: up to 25%

  • Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing programs for high growth organizations
