Position Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing growth initiatives that enhance the organization’s ability to reach community members and deliver outpatient addiction treatment services. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Sr. Director of Partnerships, and Director of Payor Contracting as well as cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with the company's strategic goals.
Candidate Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple growth initiative projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular updates to leadership.
2. Program Leadership:
- Oversee the integration of various projects to ensure they align with broader company objectives and create synergies.
- Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration, gather insights, and drive decision-making processes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, marketing, finance, and partnerships.
- Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of clients and align with best practices in addiction treatment.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze project data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project reports to the Chief Growth Officer and other executive leadership, showcasing progress, outcomes, and learnings.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare management.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in service delivery.

Compensation & Benefits:
The target annual compensation range for this position is $95,000-110,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
