What You'll Do

As the Head of Enterprise Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our enterprise-grade AI solutions. You’ll build and lead a team of world-class engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and business leaders, and ensure that our technology stack is robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Design and build a highly scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise AI platform.
Define and drive the engineering vision, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise engineers.
Develop and optimize integrations with enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption.
Ensure enterprise-grade security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with product, data science, and business teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in enterprise technology leadership
Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices architecture, and AI/ML-based solutions
Deep knowledge of enterprise security, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and data governance
Experience leading large-scale, distributed systems and integrating AI-powered applications into enterprise environments
Strong technical leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges
