Job description

We currently have a vacancy for a SharePoint Developer (ServiceNow migration skills) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for the SharePoint to ServiceNow migration;
  • Develop and implement migration strategies, including data and document transfers, from SharePoint to ServiceNow;
  • Develop SharePoint Online applications, including the development of customized web parts, flows and other integrations;
  • Design and development of architecture components in SharePoint;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration;
  • Provide ongoing support and post-migration enhancements for the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
  • Proven experience with SharePoint development, preferably in SharePoint 2019;
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including custom app development and integration;
  • Solid hands-on experience in migrating SharePoint systems to ServiceNow;
  • Knowledge of the full migration lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and post-migration support;
  • Experience with SharePoint customization techniques including Custom web parts, custom workflows and custom lists;
  • Knowledge of some or more of the following technologies: SharePoint REST API, jQuery, JavaScript, .NET, PnP;
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and developing Microsoft 365 Solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams would be an asset;
  • Excellent command of the English language (French would be an advantage).
