Backend Engineer - Python

Lucio is hiring a Backend Engineer (Python) with 2 to 5 years of experience to build AI-powered legal tech solutions. You'll work on LLM integrations, document processing, and scalable distributed systems.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of Python experience in scalable backend development.

• Strong in Flask, Celery, Gevent, PyTorch, and Tesseract.

• Experience in LLM integration, OCR, or document processing is a plus.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable APIs and backend systems.

• Integrate LLMs and AI models into workflows.

• Optimize OCR and document processing pipelines.

• Ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

• Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams.

Job Details

• Location: Fully Remote (Optional Bangalore meetups).

• Salary: Up to 18 LPA + ESOPs.
