Job description

Our US Partner Client designs, sources, and manufactures branded promotional products, merchandise, apparel, and corporate gifts for major brands nationwide. Our sweet spot is making tangible branded products. As an agency, we also help customers with ecommerce solutions, creative graphic design services, and kitting and fulfillment projects.

As an Enterprise Production Admin, you will report directly to the Senior Production Specialist. This person will be a support role and part of our team of production specialists, who are responsible for managing orders in production successfully through to delivery. This role will support production and back of house operations for all company projects.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Overall day to day support for the production team
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the orders
  • Internal communication on daily deliveries
  • Organization of our CRM Tool Asana
  • Navigating any shipping related issues such as address corrections, customs forms, returns, lost packages/claims, etc.
  • Mail Everything portal maintenance and updates
  • Generating client spreadsheets, tracking reports and shipping labels/packing slips
  • Assisting with informative production guides
  • Documenting Order Records
  • Supporting the production team to ensure orders are accurate and ship timely
  • Working with logistics partners to ensure orders deliver accurately and on time
  • Delivering first class customer service to customers of the business
  • Working with our preferred fulfillment vendors to ensure orders are entered correctly and ship out accordingly
  • Tracking Inventory levels and sharing reports with customers and team members as requested
  • Ensuring tracking numbers are being sent to the clients and are delivering accurately and on time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate may possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any related field

  • Experience in doing administrative tasks in an eCommerce or any relevant field (Preferably US companies/clients)

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (word, excel)/Google Suite applications

  • Proficient in project management tools such as ASANA

  • Experience working in agency setting preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Terrific written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer focused and service oriented

  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and quickly create solutions to implement
