We are currently seeking a Director, Social Media Insights and Analytics. The Insights and Analytics
team is responsible for leading social analysis, measurement strategy, and reporting for a variety of
clients. We are looking for someone who has experience leading a team of social media analysts and a
proven track record of leveraging their expertise to help create impactful campaigns.
Successful candidates must have five to seven years of experience in the social media space, preferably
within an agency environment.
Your Impact Formulate and establish a strong data and reporting POV that DMM will use to measure success across social media campaignsAct as the resident expert on social media platform analytics (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and tools, such as Rival IQEvaluate and recommend additional analytics and consumer research tools, manage relationships with vendors, and lead internal trainings on new toolsEducate internal stakeholders on the importance of data strategy and its value to the agencyIdentify ways to improve how we measure and report on campaign successManage and mentor a team of social media analysts with a focus on growth, learning, and developmentScope and prioritize the team’s work based on business needsTranslate quantitative findings into actionable insights through storytelling in both internal and client presentationsPartner with the strategy team to lead and develop social audits, playbooks, and new business pitchesShare insights on cultural trends and audience behavioral shifts in order to inspire breakthrough creative thinkingHelp define and expand agency POV, capabilities, and offerings within the realm of analyticsYour Experience 5-7 Years of experience in social analytics and data strategy, ideally with brand, gaming and/or entertainment clientsExpert knowledge of how paid, earned, and owned channels work togetherAbility to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClient-facing experience, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional project teamsYour Availability M-F: 9am-6pm PSTCompany culture you ask?
