What You’ll Do
Client Intake & Admissions
· Lead and inspire the intake and admission teams to provide exceptional client service.
· Streamline the onboarding process for families, ensuring a smooth transition into services.
· Identify and address service gaps, helping expand into underserved communities.
· Use data-driven insights to refine our admissions strategy and improve KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Ensure all client inquiries are answered within 48 hours.
· Work alongside clinical and operational teams to align client needs with services.
· Maintain accurate databases and oversee communication touchpoints.
Marketing
· Supervise marketing team and strategies to increase brand awareness
· Oversee all messaging, branding and digital content to ensure a consistent voice.
What You Bring to the Table
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven success in marketing and client relations, with experience in ABA, healthcare or human services being a plus.
· Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate, mentor, and drive results.
· A strategic mindset with an ability to use data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
· Excellent communications skills – you can confidently present, persuade and inspire.
· A problem-solver with critical thinking abilities who thrives under pressure.
· Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications
1. Education: Must Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
2. Work Experience: Must have experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred. Have the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships in all levels of the organization and to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills, proven leadership ability, the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately, and strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to tolerate high levels of stress. Must be able to resolve conflicts independently. Must have general computer skills including the ability to use MS Office and CRMs.
3. Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in a home office setting, although some out-of-home meetings will be required. Driving is also required, so individuals must have a valid driver’s license and meet the organization’s driver insurability requirements. Must have the ability to function independently and to handle mental and emotional stress.
4. Training Requirements During Employment: Must complete all assigned training as the company needs.
