Summary of Job Duties:
The Administrative Coordinator is required to demonstrate complex problem solving skills by anticipating, analyzing, interpreting and solving problems in accordance with the mission and goals of the IDHI Stroke Program.
The Administrative Coordinator responsibilities include clerical and administrative operations, office and business operations, supporting HR functions, mastery of workflow, reporting and project management programs and website development and oversite.

- Associates degree in business education, management or related field PLUS four (4) years administrative support or high school diploma, GED or formal educational equivalent PLUS six (6) years administrative support

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex etc)
