As a Lead Therapy Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified therapists across various specialties to meet the needs of our healthcare organization. You will collaborate with clinical leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure we attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent to support our growing network of healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy recruitment, a deep understanding of the therapy industry, and a passion for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.

Our team members are game changers. For your role on the team, you will:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment process for therapy roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and facilitating job offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source qualified therapy candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Utilize creative strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific needs for therapy roles, including job requirements, qualifications, and organizational culture.
  • Candidate Engagement: Establish strong relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding job status, expectations, and feedback.
  • Job Postings & Advertising: Develop and manage compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent. Ensure accurate job descriptions and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including in-depth interviews, reference checks, and credentialing reviews. Evaluate applicants based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiation & Offers: Present competitive offers to selected candidates, manage the offer negotiation process, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruiting processes and candidate data comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment cycle. Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or support staff within the recruitment team.

What you bring to the team:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Competitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills

What else?

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Some evening and weekend work may be needed
