Job Description

Maxar is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our 3D product team in Westminster, Colorado. In this role, you will develop new product offerings that leverage Maxar's foundational accuracy to deliver correlated information to international, US government, and enterprise customers. You will work closely with go-to-market teams to identify market gaps and customer needs, collaborate with engineering to understand the art of the possible, and develop ecosystem partnerships to quickly bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product strategy based on market analysis, customer needs, and business objectives.

• Engage and understand customer needs through a variety of methods and techniques to inform a comprehensive product roadmap.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.

• Support sales and business development team members in showcasing our products to current and prospective customers.

• Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of our offerings.

• Work with go-to-market teams to identify market gaps and develop go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering to explore and understand technological possibilities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners.

• Partner with marketing in developing product positioning, messaging, and account-specific campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners.

• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

• Defense and intelligence experience preferred.

• Passion for innovation and problem-solving.
