We have an exciting opportunity for an International Transportation Coordinator in our Venlo DC office.

What You’ll Do:

The International Transportation Coordinator is a member of the EMEA International Transportation Team in the Venlo DC and reports into the International Transportation Supervisor.

Resolve system flow issues related to the inbound flow
Work on the reporting and analysis
Coordinate the inbound logistics flow and the JC Outbound non-EMEA flow end to end
Communicate with carriers on a daily basis
Support in resolving issues with carriers
Arrange special transport ad hoc
Maintain relationship with several internal departments including Customs, Planning and Operations
Investigate incomplete deliveries
Maintain KPIs under control
Work on projects and initiatives to improve performances
Implement reporting to monitor proper execution
Support the Transportation Supervisor with projects and initiatives

You’ll Need to Have:

Minimum 1/2 years of experience in Ocean/Air Logistics and/or a similar position
Very good knowledge of Excel
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
Very good team player skills
Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan is a plus
