Team Rubicon (TR) is a seeking a Program Manager, Workforce Development to join our Long Term Recovery team! The Program Manager, Workforce Development will collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and on cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders appraising of decisions. This Program Manager, Workforce Development will build relationships with community partners, training providers and employers in the skilled trades. The Program Manager, Workforce Development will also motivate and inspire coworkers, staff, participants, and external stakeholders to further Team Rubicon service delivery within assigned geographies.
