Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Presale Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft security solutions and expertise in data leak prevention. This role involves working closely with sales, technical, partner, and consulting teams to educate customers on the value of our security solutions, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and win technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their security needs and challenges.
• Demonstrate and articulate the value of Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft 365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Purview, and SSE.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the presales process, including presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored security solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of security strategies and win plans for security opportunities.
• Implement and manage data leak prevention technologies to safeguard sensitive information.
