🧩 Your mission in the team

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Cyber Security Consultant Lead who will be responsible for engaging with clients in both pre-sales and compliance capacities, contributing to technical security initiatives, coordinating projects, and potentially traveling to meet with clients or attend events.
You will be a key asset in bridging the gap between our sales team, compliance requirements, and technical security solutions—without directly managing other team members, but rather coordinating efforts across various functions.

🎬 What you'll be doing

Pre-sales and Sales Support

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide expert guidance on security solutions, presenting Clovr Labs’ offerings to prospective clients.
• Lead demonstrations and technical discussions around security features and compliance capabilities.

Compliance and Security Advisory

• Advise both internal stakeholders and external clients on regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with frameworks (VARA, GDPR, etc.).
• Coordinate compliance documentation and processes to maintain adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

Technical Security Contributions

• Review high-level security designs, ensuring best practices and correct architectural approaches for Clovr Labs’ products and client solutions.
• Participate in (or coordinate) code reviews or security assessments for critical components.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and track security-related project tasks, ensuring milestones are met and communicating progress to internal teams and clients.
• Serve as a central point of contact for security-related initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and sales teams.

Travel (30-50% of the time)

• Be available to travel for client visits, conferences, and workshops to represent Clovr Labs in person.
• Conduct on-site security consultation or compliance workshops for clients if needed.

⭐️ What you’ll need

Experience

• A background in cybersecurity consulting (or similar), ideally 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g.GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Experience in pre-sales or technical sales support is a plus.

Skill Set

• Strong communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Solid understanding of security principles, risk assessment, and recommended security controls.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project coordination or project management skills, enough to handle simultaneous tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.

Mindset

• Ability to work autonomously: proactivity and ability to solve problems on your own.
• Orientation to detail and compliance, ensuring high-quality standards in documentation and processes.
• Aptitude for traveling to meet clients (30-50% travel), comfortable with dynamic schedules and on-site collaboration.

🛟 Nice to have

• Hands-on technical experience in penetration testing or secure code reviews.
• Previous background in technical writing or presenting at conferences.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for security automation.
