We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, optimize processes, and identify trends. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, statistical analysis, and data modeling, along with the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Perform data validation, profiling, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support data-driven strategies by conducting statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
  • Assist in ETL processes and work with databases to optimize performance and storage efficiency.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Stay updated with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
