Customer Service Representative - ASG
As a full-time Work from Home Customer Service Representative you'll represent one of the world's best-loved brands as the trusted Canadian voice of a major automotive manufacturer. You'll provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners with concerns about almost everything, including warranty coverage, repair issues, dealership concerns and vehicle features, When you listen calmly and patiently, respond with helpful solutions and accurate information, and take every complaint seriously, you'll reduce their stress level and improve their day.
Qualifications
- You currently reside in Canada
- High School graduates or equivalent
- Must have at least three 6 months of working experience in the customer service field
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding google maps or similar programs
- The flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, evenings and weekends
- Problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability, Strong verbal and written communication skills, A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.
