About the role
Reporting directly to the Art Director, the brand designer will help ensure visual brand consistency across campaign assets, digital ads, presentations, blog/social/email images, turnkey trade show booths, landing pages, sales collateral, and more. This person will be creative, resourceful, who seeks solutions for ordinary roadblocks, and has a passion for design. The ideal candidate should be able to take direction and go beyond expectations.
How to be successful in this role
3 to 5 years of graphic design experience in-house or design firm (Tech and SaaS Software experience is a plus)
Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion design experience is a plus
Strong understanding of the principles of design—trust their design intuition – Colors, composition, typography, hierarchy, etc.
Ability to run with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality designs. Push beyond the brand guidelines, looking for creative ways to get visual attention and freshness.
Basic UI/UX skills
Take design feedback and go beyond feedback
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
Proficient English communication skills
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of Premier Pro and Adobe Dimension
