Do you want to start the year as a Trial Attorney defending the largest companies in the world? This role is open to all CA licensed attorneys!

Bowman and Brooke LLP is a nationally recognized trial firm, focused in many types of defense litigation, including having one of the largest product liability practices in the country. We defend corporate clients, including Global 500 and internationally based companies, in high-exposure and technically intricate lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions. Bowman and Brooke’s experienced trial lawyers are Courtroom Tested and Verdict Vetted®.

We have opportunities for Associates or Senior Counsel Attorneys with consumer warranty and product liability defense litigation experience to join us in any of our California-based offices. If you are nearby our locations in San Jose, Los Angeles (Torrance), San Diego or Costa Mesa (OCC) this hybrid/work from home opportunity is for you! Additionally, we welcome applications from CA-licensed attorneys in any location for a fully remote role. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters.

We are looking for attorneys with the following skills:

JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
3+ years of experience, warranty and product liability defense experience preferred
Current California Bar admission
Understanding of current state and federal procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment

Salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience.
