Product Designer

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

AgentSync’s products help insurance carriers, agencies, and MGAs with distribution management. With modern applications, APIs, customizable workflows and automations to power onboarding, licensing, contracting and appointing, AgentSync puts the right products in the right hands at the right time, compliantly, managed through a single pane of glass.

The Product Designer will contribute to an impactful and delightful user experience across AgentSync’s product areas, including developing intuitive and straightforward user flows grounded in a deep understanding of personas; working closely with product and engineering to execute on new products, features, and feature enhancements; designing clear, useable, and intuitive UIs; managing complex compliance and customer requirements; and building and iterating on a consistent design system.

Working closely with product and engineering teams, this role will also interface directly with customers to assess useability and engage in user testing, and with leaders across R&D. This is an opportunity to fundamentally shape the way that our customers engage with the product suite at AgentSync!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver intuitive and impactful experiences to solve real customer problems
• Use your deep understanding of user personas, the insurance compliance industry, and our product suite to build clear and intuitive user flows and UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on effective solutions for end users
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across product areas
• Conduct user research and user testing to validate design decisions
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Collaborate closely with the Sr Product Designer to iterate on designs
• Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
  
  

Your Experience

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design work
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• High growth startup experience is a plus

Salary

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$120K - $140K
