Job Summary: This shared editorial position is responsible for writing, editing and creating content within the EnergyTech and Microgrid Knowledge digital platforms that educates, engages and provides value to the respective audiences.
Essential Job Functions:
Core Competencies: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing/editing skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight time constraints. The candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, as well as creative and flexible. The candidate must have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building relationships with content contributors. The candidate will be digitally savvy and have some understanding of SEO and social media best practices. Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus, but not required. Must be self-directed, able to work on deadlines and a strong communicator.
Qualifications:
Position may require travel, which would be 5% of the time.
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
