$85,000 - $90,000* base salary + annual bonus

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform The Role
This person will report to the Sr. Director of Technology, Flexible Poly and is responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap. This includes managing the product life cycle and providing input into the budget. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Define the product strategy and roadmap, including input regarding the budget
Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Maintain list of target customers and associated sales representatives
Work closely with sales reps to drive new business opportunities
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Set pricing with pricing group to meet revenue and profitability goals
Deliver a monthly revenue forecast across entire product line
Develop sales tools and collateral including sample kits
Propose an overall budget to ensure success
Work closely with Production, shipping, quoting, customer service, accounts receivable, art, and supply chain, (purchasing), to ensure customer needs are met
Identify new product opportunities within existing category to grow market
What We Need From You
Prior experience in product management of manufactured products preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in an industrial environment preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office products with strengths in Power Point and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
