Business Analyst

Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and ensure successful implementations aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Business Process Optimization: Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance automation and productivity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system functionality, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Training & Documentation: Provide end-user training, create process documentation, and ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with business analysis tools, process modeling, and workflow automation.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business process optimization.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SQL, data visualization, or BI tools
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
