About The Role
Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Content Management Specialist to oversee the management of proprietary content developed for Sellers Dorsey’s client-facing products in the healthcare analytics and value-based care arenas. We are seeking a Content Management Specialist to organize, coordinate and update content related to Sellers Dorsey clients, their value-based contracts, as well as analytic customer-facing product, ensuring it is accurate, updated, complete and compliant with standards. In addition, this role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines and schedules for updating and maintaining content.
Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with other data & analytics and consulting colleagues, collect, organize and manage healthcare content, including summaries of value-based care programs, quality measures, impact statements, and other value-based performance frameworks for SD internal and external clients and users of SD impact measurement products.
- In collaboration with other data & analytics colleagues, helping to tag content from value- based care product for utilization/consumption in our learning management platform, including instructional videos, technical tip sheets, and other healthcare analytic content.
- Design and implement frameworks and procedures for organizing content, maintain all databases and SharePoint folders with a logical and flexible approach.
- Ensure content remains up to date through proactive project management, communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of content. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards and complies with healthcare regulatory standards, where appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Management, Computer Science or related field.
- 3 to 5 years in healthcare data analytics or data governance.
- Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare quality measures, and value-based care programs.
- Proven track record of strong product-based planning and ability to drive a project from concept to deliverable.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams, including researchers, data governance specialists, consultants, and marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple content projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Fundamental understanding of relational databases and best practices for data management.
- Expert Microsoft Office suite skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for candidates is $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $76,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 7% of annual salary.
Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements. Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave. The foregoing benefits and paid time off, including an employee’s eligibility therefore, will be controlled by applicable plan documents and Sellers Dorsey policy.
