The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $62,000 - $73,000 annually, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary . Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Specialist, Product Marketing is responsible for supporting the execution against the product and sales strategy. This includes sales operations support, marketing campaigns, content, sales collateral, in-deal support and RFP/RFI execution and training to support awareness, discovery, purchasing decision and customer experience to support exceptional customer satisfaction.
Sales and Customer Success Support - You will collaborate with the Commercial team on RFP/RFI processes, assist with customer success operations, and support sales through prospecting, quoting, proposals, and pipeline reporting. You'll maintain the CRM, track opportunities, and regularly report on growth pipelines, while also taking on new responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Market and Product Research - You will support Lucet’s research agenda, manage research projects, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams. Additionally, you'll help update the claims roadmap to guide product and solution development.
Product Development and Go-to-Market Strategy - You will support product development, go-to-market planning, content development, and assist with product launches and cross-team marketing campaigns.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or Business Administration.
3+ years of healthcare experience with a track record in Sales, Marketing, and/or Project Management.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally with product and commercial teams.
Must be proactive, self-driven, organized and detail oriented.
Strong time and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a tight deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with sales CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel).
Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
