YOUR MISSION

To maintain, organize, and analyze supply chain data while supporting operational processes to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll be the backbone of the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance every step of the way.

This is a fully remote, contractor (self-employed) position.

What You’re Getting Into

• Ensure the accuracy of master and transactional data, reducing errors and improving decision-making
• Create organized, accessible archives for critical supply chain documents, streamlining compliance and audits
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities, driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Oversee purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time and cost-effective procurement
• Optimize warehouse operations by generating inbound records in the Warehouse Management System
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and maintain a seamless flow of operations

Who You Are

• Experience: Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization tools). Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience). Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or data analysis tools is a plus

• 30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with supply chain systems and processes, contributing to day-to-day tasks
• 60 Days: You’re managing data records, purchase orders, and supporting process improvements with confidence
• 90 Days: You’re independently handling key responsibilities, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
