We’re on the hunt for a Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives on organization, data analysis, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth operations across supply chain functions, maintain accurate records, and support critical decision-making processes. YOUR MISSION
To maintain, organize, and analyze supply chain data while supporting operational processes to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll be the backbone of the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance every step of the way.
This is a fully remote, contractor (self-employed) position.

What You’re Getting Into
Ensure the accuracy of master and transactional data, reducing errors and improving decision-making
Create organized, accessible archives for critical supply chain documents, streamlining compliance and audits
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities, driving process improvements and operational efficiency
Oversee purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time and cost-effective procurement
Optimize warehouse operations by generating inbound records in the Warehouse Management System
Support cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and maintain a seamless flow of operations
Tackle ad-hoc tasks with initiative, delivering solutions that enhance overall team performance.
Who You Are
Experience: Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization tools). Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience). Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or data analysis tools is a plus
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with supply chain systems and processes, contributing to day-to-day tasks
60 Days: You’re managing data records, purchase orders, and supporting process improvements with confidence
