What you’ll do:

• Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Oversee VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, virtual machines).
• Manage virtualization migrations between VMware, Proxmox, and Hyper-V.
• Configure and maintain Linux servers to support hybrid environments.
• Optimize network and server performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Implement robust security measures (firewalls, IDS, VPN configurations).
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance solutions.

What you must have:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), VMware (vSphere, ESXi).
• Virtualization migration experience (VMware ⇄ Proxmox, Hyper-V).
• Linux system administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) for mixed environments.
• Proficiency in scripting & automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus.
• An advanced English level.

A great plus:

• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of network automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.
