We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our mission-driven team and expand Rentgrata’s presence nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in Rentgrata’s growth by increasing sales, expanding our geographic footprint, and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and executing regional sales plans to meet both quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Prospecting and acquiring 2 new logos per month, leveraging strong lead generation and nurturing techniques.
  • Managing the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring a conversion rate of at least 15% from leads to close.
  • Delivering engaging product demos that clearly communicate Rentgrata’s value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the Client Success team.
  • Driving client expansion within 120 days post-onboarding, following our established expansion process.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Client Success, Product and the CRO to align on strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Travel Expectations up to 50% of travel.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B and achieving revenue targets. Multifamily industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and virtual sales presentations.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly independent, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the PropTech or real estate technology industry.
  • Experience managing client accounts and driving revenue through renewals and upselling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Work Setup: 100% remote position.
  • Reporting: Reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
  • Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance bonuses tied to ARR and MRR growth.
