Job Description
- Coordinate and communicate with the contractors about the plan and status for: Safety, Progress, Design Changes, and Verification of work complete.
- Verification of work complete – Collector
- Working with Vendors with during construction – Design Changes
- Reviewing and Auditing the Safety Plans & Practices.
- Working with Vendors for Collector Data integrity and validation.
- Safety focused representation of Nokia and our customers.
- Pre-Construction Meeting attendance.
- Verified work meets Nokia and customer established standards
- Daily Reporting to Nokia and or Customer
- Supervise and audit in the field the work of fiber optic cables, installation of hardware, certification of the built network of the contractor companies for the construction of the Fiber network.
- Supervise and audit the implementation according to the schedule managed by the PM.
- Knowledge, understanding and comply with and enforce the established construction and certification criteria
- Ensure compliance with the construction performance of the contractor company in charge
- Supervise or audit the company in charge of problem solving; attenuations, fiber cuts and any other that prevents the correct functioning of the built network
- Check that construction deliverables are a true reflection of reality on the ground:
- Plan as built
- Construction and certification checklist
- Address certificate
- Material consumption according to Asbuilt drawing
- Review and approve (if is necessary) services associated with the construction of the companies in charge of the management system
- Actively participate in meetings where constructive progress is controlled, consumption of materials, deliverables.
- Be aligned with an expert in risk prevention and that collaborators of contractor companies in charge comply with risk prevention plans.
- Carry out regular risk prevention audits.
