Creatio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our Product Sales Team. This role involves driving the evolution of our platform by implementing innovative features and integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into our Sales product. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market trends, the ability to conceptualize solutions from the ground up, and proven expertise in managing the full product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Gather and refine business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal teams.
Organize and prioritize requirements within the company's information resources.
Consolidate and expand business requirements into actionable concepts.
Develop market-ready solutions, including mockups and UX/UI designs in collaboration with UI designers.
Create presentation materials, write user stories, and guide technical writers in documenting functionality for internal and public resources.
Conduct competitive analysis and explore integration opportunities.
Analyze market reports from leading global research firms (e.g., Forrester, Gartner).
Conduct Scrum activities such as Kick-offs, Refinements, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Scrum Masters to improve team efficiency and track key performance metrics.
Consult with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure system customization aligns with business needs.
Required Professional Skills
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Proven ability to develop product concepts from ideation to implementation.
Experience collaborating with technology partners to create joint solutions.
Hands-on involvement in application architecture discussions and decision-making.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to assess IT solutions, user needs, and market trends.
Ability to work at both strategic and detailed levels, balancing long-term vision with meticulous requirement definition.
