As the Head of Marketing - Growth & New Propositions you will be a core member of the Dan Murphy’s marketing leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying and leading the strategic development of new growth opportunity areas for Dan Murphy’s that drive incremental value across distribution channels, categories, partnerships and loyalty.
You will also lead the evolution and execution of the Dan Murphy’s loyalty marketing strategy, driving customer retention, lifetime value, and program differentiation through the My Dan’s program and/or other growth initiatives that drive loyalty.
This role ensures seamless integration of new growth and loyalty initiatives across the customer journey, leverages data to optimise performance, and evolves the loyalty proposition to enhance engagement and share of wallet.
By collaborating cross-functionally and aligning with group and brand business objectives, this role delivers innovative, customer-centric solutions to drive growth beyond the core, build brand differentiation for Dan Murphy’s and deliver on our vision of ‘drink better’.
