Excel Report Developer

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an Excel Report Developer to build a custom project portfolio and resource capacity template with a dashboard capability that will provide a comprehensive portfolio view across multiple work streams. The goal is to effectively manage and visualize our project budget and resource capacity in a single interactive tool.

Responsibilities:

• Project portfolio overview - A structured table that captures all projects across different work streams, including Project name, status, start-end dates, dependencies, milestones, etc.

• Budget tracking - A financial track can component that shows you know what our actuals are, or total budget allocations spending trends, etc.

• Resource capacity planning - A resource allocation tracker that provides visibility into teams, capacity, utilization availability, forecasting capability to assess staffing needs, and resource distribution across multiple projects.

• Dashboard capabilities:

o Portfolio wide visualization of project status, financials resource distribution

o Automated data visualizations, brackets charts graphs tables for quick insights

o Interactive filtering to drill down by project, work streams, timeframe, or budget categories

o Dynamic calculations to support capacity planning and financial forecasting
