Partner with the best

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application systems. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You'll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for-

• Partnering with stakeholders to analyze challenges and deliver scalable solutions for business success.
• Driving requirement discussions, documenting needs, and presenting clear insights to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver timely, business-aligned solutions.
• Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live
• Developing an in-depth understanding of applications, the data model, and its mapping to the various business processes
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Bring 4-6 years of BA experience in ERP/CRM, Billing, Ordering, or Contracting, with a Bachelor's degree.
• Possess expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Contract to Invoicing processes, with experience in Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Agile development, SDLC, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Leverage good strategic skills to map future business processes while maintaining a professional business attitude and awareness.
• Excel in written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt to custom applications.
