IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in product management with 5+ years of proven ownership throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
  • Skilled in defining and delivering software and data products or solutions, with a focus on results over processes
  • Analytical and business-minded, with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance metrics
  • Proficient in developing product specs, prioritizing backlogs, managing roadmaps, and conducting competitive analysis
  • Familiar with IoT, AI, RPA, BI/Big Data, and integrating platforms such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and CMS (Sitecore)
  • Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, able to balance leadership and teamwork
  • Capable of effectively communicating with diverse audiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Certified in Pragmatic Marketing (PMC III or higher) and holding an MBA (preferred)

  • Lead pre-sales, product discoveries, project ideations, PoCs, and MVP development to deliver high-value solutions
  • Define and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and user needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic product roadmap and define MVP visions
  • Monitor the market, analyze trends, evaluate competitors, and position products for distinct advantages
  • Conduct workshops and user interviews to identify pain points, collect insights, and prioritize solutions
  • Shape the value proposition, write business and functional requirements, and plan product development
  • Facilitate solution design and critical trade-off decisions with engineering teams and architects
  • Actively collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and next steps
