We’re looking for a talented and curious Senior Insurance Product Analyst (Pet) who is eager to join us in creating the most loved pet insurance product on the planet.

As part of the Insurance Product team, you’ll collaborate with our Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Pet, crafting a customer-centric experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. You will help drive forward our product roadmap, while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.

In this role you’ll

Lead analysis to support Product and Engineering on development efforts for new and existing products
Collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to develop policy coverage, pricing levels, competitor research, and eligibility criteria
Develop core business reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Conduct analyses that support product feature development or state-level strategies
Monitor the impact of product changes and state launches

What you’ll need

3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
Experience in project and product management
Collaborative spirit and top-notch communication skills
Adept at working with and completing analysis on large data sets
B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
Analytical prowess, with a knack for identifying trends, communicating results, and taking action
Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, including building reports and dashboards
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-90,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Speak to your recruiter to hear more about the specific salary range for your preferred location.
