As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Global Community Expert, you will develop and implement a community strategy for employees to initiate and expand community chapters across geographies, grow active community memberships, research and connect best practices across communities and grow employee-led initiatives globally.

This is a remote global position.

Your Role

  • Design and implement a global community growth and engagement strategy, that aligns to the company purpose, commitments and goals. This should include aspects such as, how we attract employees to actively engage in communities, what makes a community successful and how can we measure success, what is expected from important roles like community sponsor or community leader, how do we communicate with communities effectively and recognize/reward community efforts.
  • Research internal and external best practices and identify opportunities to integrate new ideas into strategy, plans and communications. For example, how communities can engage in recruitment, learning and development, etc.
  • Build relationships across DE&I councils, community sponsors and community leaders globally.
  • Act as a key bridge from our global DE&I strategy and our communities, to continue to collect valuable feedback from our communities that inform our next actions to improve the employee experience for all Healthineers. This includes designing and hosting focus groups and other engagements, synthesizing results, communicating key insights back to decision makers and following up on results.
  • Develop and connect communities to methods, templates/toolkits, tools, organizations, etc. that supports them to achieve our strategy.
  • Collect, author and share impactful community stories and overall community growth, to help inspire further ideas and engagement.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelors/University level degree or equivalent in related business/management, sustainability, communications or marketing field preferred
  • At least 5 years of work experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, culture or related field required
  • Experience leveraging data to positively impact business outcomes is required
  • Experience in strategy design and implementation across a large company is required

  • Skilled in project management methods
  • Able to author and edit stories that capture the community impact
  • Open to try new things
  • Skilled at challenging the status quo to help us accelerate our impact
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to drive others to meet scheduled deadlines in fast-paced business environment
  • Must be adept in use of Office365 and other similar platforms

The base pay range for this position is

Min $149,700 - Max $224,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
