Purpose Of The Job

Our team is developing a GenAI-driven solution designed by developers for developers, streamlining software transformation through automation. The project enhances product analysis, generates functional code with essential SDLC artifacts, refines domain structures for cloud-based microservices, and automates technology stack transitions while preserving system behavior. We are expanding our team and seeking skilled professionals to contribute to this cutting-edge AI-powered software modernization effort.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI-driven automation solutions for software transformation.

Design and implement tools for product analysis, functional code generation, and SDLC artifact creation.

Optimize domain structures for cloud-based microservices architecture.

Contribute to technology stack transitions while ensuring system behavior preservation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve AI-powered modernization processes.

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code through best practices in software engineering.

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

Familiarity with Python 3, which will be the primary development language you use in this role.

Experience with back-end web application frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc)

Knowledge of Celery and experience with task execution

SQL / Database knowledge

Knowledge of LLMs and LLM architectures

Experience with Langchain, LLamaIndex, LangGraph or any other Get AI frameworks

Experience with Prompt engineering, RAG, Vector storages, embedding, finetuning

Good understanding of Prompting Techniques

LLM Engineering experience: Hallucinations, Inference, Cache, Common APIs, Multi-step autonomous systems

Experience with Autogen and Agentic AI
