Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of Caption Care user experiences including applications for examiners, patients, and providers. Work directly with end users to evaluate potential features and improve Caption Care products. Define and drive internal alignment around product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with design, engineering and SQA to build high-quality products. Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure customer success and smooth roll out of new features. Leverage data to create actionable product ideas and insights.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Software Development, Physical Sciences field, Life Sciences field, or related. Three (3) years of experience in Product Management. Internship or work experience to include: Two (2) years of experience with Agile development methodology; One (1) year experience with Agile software, such as Confluence; Three (3) years of experience conducting user research as part of a hypothesis-driven product development lifecycle; Three (3) years of experience overseeing cross-functional product development teams; Two (2) years of experience developing and tracking product KPIs using analytic software; and Three (3) years of experience writing product requirements. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% Telecommute position reporting to Caption Health, Inc. in Chicago, IL. Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $101,600 - $152,400 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
